As the Transforming Rehabilitation Programme nears the stage where the announcement of ‘Preferred Bidders’ will soon be made, Agencia is keen to add to its current team of experts that will be available to support the successful organisations with their pre-contract preparations, and their subsequent transitional arrangements. We are keen to hear from former Senior and Assistant Chief Probation Officers with recent operational experience with an interest in consultancy work and who are not already contracted to one of the prime bidders. The arrangements would be flexible to balance your commitments with the requirements of clients and the availability of work will be dependent on our ability to secure contracts with client organisations.
Agencia operates an ‘Associate Consultant’ business model which allows its consultants to undertake other work (providing there is no commercial conflict of interest). It is an ideal arrangement for former Probation Staff who have chosen to retire but wish to continue working on a part time basis.
