Training and Mentoring Support for Community Rehabilitation Companies

In terms of "what next" CRC's are probably already thinking through a host of next steps.  Would it be helpful to have some external support / mentoring as you move into new and (relatively) uncharted territory?  As you probably know, Agencia have supported a number of Probation Trusts in responding to Transforming Rehabilitation so far.  We also have extensive experience of helping other parts of the statutory public sector go through major change, including the creation of new (including community interest) organisations, and relationships with the private sector.  

Over the next few months we aim to offer a flexible package of training / mentoring supporting to chief executives of CRCs and their teams, covering such areas as:

• Forming a senior team from multiple former Trusts.
• Creating vision for the first 6 months, and thereafter.
• Welding together a senior team capable of thriving on uncertainty.  
• Benefiting from the parallels, and lessons learned from other parts of the public sector as they have responded to major change.
• Stress management.
• Designing a development process for the senior team.
• Managing staff morale and performance in the face of prospective job losses.
• What will it mean to be ready for the next phase (November 2014)?
