Agencia is providing capacity support and specialist commissioning skills to commissioning support units. Most recently, NHS Central Eastern CSU commissioned Agencia to provide support at short notice in assessing and reviewing 18 community services commissioned by Castle Point and Rochford CCG. We were able to respond with a team of data analysts to quickly prepare supporting information packs and a team of consultants with relevant experience to attend assessment panel meetings.
As we speak with CSUs we are realising that this ability to respond and provide extra capacity and expertise on a flexible basis, is very much what CSUs will be requiring as they develop their business offerings. We are already talking with a number of CSUs about setting up a call off arrangement for when they need support and wondered if you would be interested in a similar arrangement.
