As part of our strategy for growth, a unique opportunity has arisen to join our Agencia family, as a Sector Director within our Health & Social Care work. You will help inform and deliver Agencia’s strategic plan and you will be responsible for planning and implementing a strategic approach to business development, identifying and winning work within the sector. You will lead a team of experts to make sustainable change happen for our clients. We are flexible about where you are based and the hours that you work. We will give you the autonomy to win work in the UK and internationally, whilst providing you with the support and back up to be successful in your efforts. You must have detailed knowledge of the Health and Social Care Sector in the UK and experience of operating with senior stakeholders in this market. International experience is preferable, but not essential. We are a business that gets things done. We believe in the power of collaboration and need a leader who will work with and not for our clients. Enthusiasm, resilience and creativity are essential for you to succeed in this role.
