You will:
- Encourage ambition, motivate and support individuals tobecome free from their problematic drug use.
- Provide a range of services for people with primary problematic opiate use (other substances may be involved) and for General Practitioners involved in their treatment.
- Facilitate harm reduction with this client group.
The post will be based at our Scunthorpe office.
