Meeting the Challenge together is a 2 day course that challenges the current thinking of leaders and managers in relation to how they reason their work, their role in the organisation and how they can contribute to creating the correct environment for the achievement and sustaining of organisational excellence through releasing that latent potential.
When strategies have been refreshed, re-structuring completed, systems and products overhauled, there remains an all-too-often untapped resource that can and does move organisations on to sustained excellence in delivery and results. That resource is the latent potential of their staff, which is often never truly harnessed.
All too often those who invest in training have no way of knowing if their money has been well spent, no way of knowing if the training has had any effect on the actions of those who have received it. However, with this course, there is an additional option available to adopt a measurement tool to track the adoption and use of the skills trained on the course. This is not a bureaucratic or cumbersome imposition, but will provide you with reassurance that any investment is not wasted, whilst identifying those (teams or individuals) who may need additional assistance to develop.
