Agencia’s health sector team has been helping the new bodies in East and West Yorkshire and Lancashire to prepare to take up their new responsibilities in April this year, by testing out their systems in mock authorisation panel meetings, or working with their teams to put business plans in place. In one CCG Agencia’s service re-design as part of QIPP process has already identified savings estimated at least £4.8millon.
