Change stories included: 

 

  • Implementing a review of the London Ambulance Service.
  • Working with the Ministry of Health in Tunisia on a new system for coding medical documentation.
  • Developing quality assurance arrangements for German hospitals providing medical services for UK forces and their families on behalf of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and the UK Ministry of Defence 
  • Redesigning and providing of  'Active Recovery' service for registered drug users for North Lincolnshire Council.
  • Supporting over 300 GP Practices in more than 60 primary care networks via Primary Care Direct service.
  • Designing and delivering innovative work to reduce the risk of addiction to prescribed over-the-counter opioids.
  • Providing training in Patient/Public Participation for SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) Forces 
  • Working across the 12 Local Authorities in the North East region to consult on and deliver collaborative arrangements between Local Authorities to support all directed contact for children, as determined by the Courts.
  • Reviewing the Supporting People Commissioning Body for the Northern Ireland Department for Social Development. 
  • Working to inform the London Deanery's medical and dental training gender, disability and race equality impact assessment cultural competence training. 
  • Developing future commissioning of services to reduce domestic abuse and sexual violence and put in place services to support victims on behalf of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. 
  • Working with the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust to develop its overall clinical strategy. 
  • Undertaking public consultation as part of a strategic review for older people in Gloucestershire County Council.
  • Providing interim capacity support to East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group on specific priority areas within the Quality Innovation Prevention Performance agenda. 
  • Assessing 18 community services on behalf of NHS Central Eastern Commissioning Support Unit.
