Agencia announced that Andrew Gibson has become Chairman, and Helen Gibson formally assumed overall management of the company by becoming the sole Managing Director. The father and daughter team have served as Joint Managing Directors for a period, and have worked through a 5 Year Succession Plan.
Speaking about Helen taking on the role of sole MD, Chairman, Andrew Gibson says:

Andrew founded Agencia in 1997, and has successfully led and developed it so that we are now in the privileged position of fast approaching our 20th year in business. This is no small achievement, particularly given that we’ve encountered legal threats, attempts to sabotage or ‘white-wash’ our reports, had jobs to deliver which at times feel like ‘mission impossible’ and survived the recession. Prior to serving as Managing Director, Helen was Joint Managing Director with Andrew. Before joining Agencia, she worked at PA Consulting as a Consultant in their Government Practice, and as a Civil Servant at the Cabinet Office. She holds an MBA and is a Justice of the Peace on the Central London bench.
