Agencia visits Latvia and Lithuania

Agencia visits Latvia and Lithuania

As part of our strategy to build upon our existing work in the Balkans, we are in Latvia and Lithuania this week to pursue opportunities for expanding our International portfolio.

Steve Pitts (Director, International) and Mike Robson (Director, Health and Social Care) are spending the week in Riga and Vilnius to meet with a range of government bodies and potential commercial partners. Meetings include the Human Rights Monitoring Institute, the National Health Service and the Ministry of Justice.

Speaking about the visit, Steve said, “Agencia is very keen to expand into the Baltic states and to develop its international health and social care business. We have met with potential partners and government organisations and many have been very interested in working with us in the future. We have some very specific opportunities from both countries that we will start to develop immediately in preparation for further discussions”.

Mike also added “It has been great to visit these two beautiful cities and we have formed good contacts with local organisations with strong potential to work together on health, social care and criminal justice issues in the two countries.”
