Agencia are proud to announce we have passed our ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System annual standard inspection, retaining our title from last years full evaluation and certification.
We are delighted to have once again secured independent verification of our top quality standards of delivery for clients, with no areas of non compliance.
The accreditation confirms that Agencia’s approach to work with clients is of a level to satisfy the rigorous criteria laid down in the ISO standards, with issues covered such as client and regulatory requirements, project leadership and management, communications, resource management and continuous improvement. It is also a key certificate, which is often a pre-qualifier in many invitations to tender.
