Agencia offers expertise to Police and Crime Commissioners to transform victim and witness services

Putting victims at the heart of the Criminal Justice System has for some time been a priority for Police and Crime Commissioners across England and Wales.  At Agencia we know this, and are able to work with Police and Crime Commissioners  to transform the delivery of these services to achieve numerous benefits:

• Reduction in repeat victimisation

• Providing the framework for tailored support to help victims to cope and recover from the impact of crime

• Reduction in demand for repeat calls for service

• Compliance with the Victims’ Code of Practice and EU Directive 2012/29

• Increase in confidence in the Criminal Justice System amongst victims of crime

Agencia has experts with recent experience of transforming victims’ services to one of the UK’s largest Police Force areas.  We can provide support in identifying delivery options to meet the individual needs of a policing area, as well as enabling informed decisions about the best option for a locality.

Although we would not be delivering the commissioned service, we can provide our expert support and implement chosen delivery models to maximise effectiveness in an area.

If you would like to know more about how we can support transformation to victims services then please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange an informal and no obligation discussion with one of our experts.
