Agencia has been invited to be one of the best practice representatives for the 2019/20 Parliamentary Review. Chaired by Lord Pickles, former Conservative Communities Secretary, and Lord Blunkett, former Labour Home Secretary, The Parliamentary Review is a series of independent publications, which aims to share best practice among policy makers and business leaders in an attempt to raise standards.
Combining political commentary from leading journalists, with sector specific insight from Secretaries of State, Ministers and MPs, The Parliamentary Review is a guide to industry best practice, which demonstrates how sector leaders have responded to challenges in the political and economic environment. The Parliamentary Review highlights best practice from organisations across the UK, whether it’s local businesses, SMEs or large multinationals. The Review endeavours to feature the most interesting and effective companies are represented, providing a platform for those they feel can add a unique perspective.
In recent years, it has featured forewords by Theresa May, David Cameron, Caroline Lucas, Lucy Powell and many other political figures.
The main release of The Parliamentary Review typically takes place in September with a smaller number of publications released in February; the total number of copies printed in 2019 may well eclipse 1,000,000 for the first time in Parliamentary Review history, which will make it one of Britain’s most widely circulated print publications.
The Review's release is marked by an annual gala in the Palace of Westminster for all the best practice representatives. This is an evening to celebrate hard work and leadership. Previously, the guest speakers and attendees have included Nick Clegg, George Osborne and Tony Blair, as well as Frank Lampard and Jonny Wilkinson.
