Agencia Director invited to meet Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice

The £50 million redevelopment of Westminster Magistrates’ Court at 181 Marylebone Road, London NW1 was officially opened last week by Kenneth Clarke.

Westminster Magistrates' Court is a 10-courtroom complex built as part of a wider strategy to improve the capacity and facilities of magistrates' courts in London.  As well as dealing with criminal business cases, the court hears extradition cases from across England and Wales and other areas of international work.

Helen Gibson, Director at Agencia, commented: “I was delighted to be invited to be a part of this historic event.  It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the opening of this new state of the art courthouse and spend time catching up with colleagues on the bench.”

Established in 1997, Agencia is a management consultancy offering a range of services to the public, private and voluntary sectors, throughout the UK and overseas.  Key sectors employing Agencia’s services include the judicial services, health and social care and local authorities.  Most of Agencia’s clients are UK based, but they are also working internationally (Croatia, Serbia, Germany, Ukraine, Turkey and Africa).  Clients include the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Justice, Department for International Development, Ministry of Defence, Staffordshire and west Midlands Probation Trust, Humberside Criminal Justice Board and Her Majesty’s Courts Service.
