What is the GrowthAccelerator?

GrowthAccelerator (www.growthaccelerator.com) is a new service designed to help England's high-growth SMEs – those with the potential to double their turnover and/or number of employees - achieve their ambitions. Leadership and Management (L&M) is an integral element of GrowthAccelerator, seeking to develop the capabilities of leaders and their senior teams and to drive the growth of their businesses. 

It offers participants in eligible organisations up to £2,000 per individual to help develop their leadership and management skills on the basis that this is matched £ for £ by the client business (the client is also responsible for payment of any VAT).

Who can apply?

Businesses registered in England with fewer than 250 employees, turning over less than approximately £40m. Just as importantly you should have the potential for rapid, sustained growth and want to double or better within three years.
