Agencia is delighted to announce that we have been successful in being appointed to grow and develop a number of GP Federations. This includes providing board development and bid writing support.
The commercial opportunities for GP federations are significant, both from CCG’s and Local Authorities. Other opportunities may also be available further afield or from different potential clients and funders. However, if the federation is not efficient and successful as a vehicle for attracting this commercial work there is the prospect of considerable damage to local primary care services.
Over the last 4 years Agencia has worked with a number of CCG’s as they achieved accreditation and reviewed their services, and also with GP Federations supporting the development of their commercial and organisational capacity.
