Founded in 1997 by Andrew Gibson, Andrew's inspiration to launch the business came through a desire to improve the quality of life for people by delivering improvements in health and justice. Expanding and building an international reputation for improving government capabilities, transforming entire organisations, developing communities and ultimately changing lives. Andrew's vision has been fulfilled far beyond anything he could have imagined.
His daughter Helen Gibson took the reins as Managing Director in 2012, with Helen's sister Joy Allen, joining the company in 2017 as Head of HR and Corporate Services, before Andrew sadly passed away in 2018.
Under Helen's leadership, the business doubled in turnover to include a huge array of more than 500 diverse contracts, earning high praise from satisfied clients. Numerous honours for ground-breaking work were awarded along the way, including the prestigious 'Best Small Family Business in the UK' award in 2017 and an MBE for Helen for services to international trade in 2022.
