The first is a 12 month project to deliver a victim information unit in Belgrade, Serbia on behalf of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Agencia has been working in Serbia since 2011. The project will develop a unit within the Prosecutors Office that will improve communication with victims and witnesses.
The second success is winning a contract with RIPA International to deliver training to judges, prosecutors and investigators in Kosovo on financial investigations, cross agency working and international policing protocols and agreements. This work follows on from work which was initiated last year.
