With the economy in flux and many organisations being forced to make redundancies, Agencia is delighted to be in the position of celebrating not only its 15th Anniversary, but also the fact that it has many long standing employees. Graham Barnett, Business Support Manager, and 11 years strong with Agencia said:
“I have undertaken a variety of roles with Agencia during my time. I am proud to have been part of the development over the last 11 years and feel the company structure is now at its strongest and ready to embrace future growth for itself and our clients.”
Another stalwart of the Agencia team is Steve Jacobs, who has recently passed his tenth anniversary with the firm. Steve, a Principal Consultant, has been at the forefront of Agencia’s developing international portfolio. Has recently completed projects in Croatia, Ukraine and Nigeria, and is currently working with the High Judicial Council and State Prosecutorial Council of the Republic of Serbia.
When contacting Agencia, it’s more than likely that you will be greeted in the first instance by another of Agencia’s long standing employees, Dawn Naylor. Dawn celebrated 10 years’ service earlier this year and provides outstanding internal and external support to colleagues and clients.
Agencia has also undertaken major strategic change during this 15th year, as part of its succession planning for the future. Helen Gibson (34), now Joint Managing Director with her father Andrew, moves from strength to strength in her new role and is keen to continue supporting Agencia’s clients in the public, private and third sectors. Simultaneously, Agencia has strengthened its management team, recruiting Business Development Manager Victoria Austin, who has a background in private and third sectors and 2 Sector Advisors.
The full Agencia team of consultants will be holding its quarterly meeting in early November, during which time the now forty-strong team will be celebrating success over the last 15 years and looking to an even brighter future for the next 15 years.
