Agencia wins ISO approval, again!

Agencia has been re-accredited under ISO 9001:2008, the internationally renowned quality assessment framework.  This is the second time that Agencia has undergone a full evaluation, having originally been accredited by URS, the external assessor, in 2009.

The accreditation confirms that Agencia’s approach to and continued work with clients is of a level to satisfy the rigorous criteria laid down in the ISO standards, covering such issues as customer focus, project leadership and management, communications, resource management and continuous improvement.

Speaking about the reaccreditation, Graham Barnett, Business Support Manager for Agencia, said:

“We are delighted to have had our services and systems approved once again by URS.  We firmly believe that our success as a change management and development organisation is a result of our Consultant team’s attention to the needs of its clients,  developing through a close working relationship with the people within those client organisations, and not simply being a “take it or leave it” provider of off the shelf packages.  Each of our projects is tailored to meet the needs expressed by the customer, and to be effective we have always needed to be a listening team with close attention to detail.  The ISO 9001:2008 accreditation validates our approach, and offers further reassurance to our clients that our work is of high quality.”

The accreditation is made for three years, with a surveillance visit by the assessors each year of the three, to ensure that the organisation continues to develop and improve even further.

As well as this latest accreditation, Agencia is also recognised as an Investor in People, the accreditation which is awarded in respect of the company’s approach to the development of its staff and consultants.
