The Agencia team is working in close collaboration with the CTP commissioning team, partner organisations and the local Allied Health Professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, podiatrists, speech & language therapists, orthotics, and the wheelchair and equipment and adaptations services.
Project Director, Ian Hargreaves, said: “We want to work alongside the organisations, staff and patients in North East Lincolnshire to help to decide the best way of arranging these important services to meet the needs of everyone in the area. Modern services need to provide for prevention, reablement and rehabilitation, and we know that the excellent staff in the organisations providing care want to ensure that they can do so. We are looking forward to working closely with them to achieve their goals and enable them to deliver services in the most efficient and effective way possible for the local population.”
