Working closely with GPs, PCT representatives and secondary care colleagues, the AGC team is developing thinking around the clinical redesign of services, and the accommodation needs this will require. Using a combination of workshops and individual visits, AGC will be aiming to complete schedules of accommodation and tenants requirements to inform the LIFT project building team.
