Her Majesty’s Courts Service, the Crown Prosecution Service, and HM Prison Hull have each held workshops facilitated by AGC for senior team members in recent weeks, focussing on planning and organisational development.
The AGC team provided an independent challenge and support to help clarify vision, role and purpose, as well as planning action for delivery of targets.
