Agencia was delighted to host a study visit in Hull for a delegation from the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Secretariat of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The visit involved inputs from Humberside Police, the Crown Prosecution Service and Keith Hunter, Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner.
The study visit was an important part of a programme of work being sponsored by the British Embassy in Sarajevo which Agencia is delivering in consortium with PwC and Lucid Linx (a Sarajevo-based firm).
Agencia’s Director of Justice and International work (Steve Pitts), said: “Agencia is delivering a capacity building programme to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) Secretariat in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through implementing a total quality management system, the organisation now leads the country’s Public Sector Reform Programme. Our work aims to transform the way in which justice is delivered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a key area of focus is encouraging judicial institutions to embrace modern management systems, thereby improving the delivery of their services to citizens. By sharing our UK knowledge, experience and understanding, the delegates now have a clearer understanding of what they will have to deliver to achieve their ambitions.”
