Agencia is delighted to have teamed up with The Bridges, a Hull based residential rehab for men who have problems with drugs and alcohol. The Bridges is run by RAPt (The Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust) and offers a residential detox support service for Agencia's North Lincolnshire based Active Recovery service users.
The Bridges has a long history of supporting men to become free from drugs and alcohol. The programme provides accommodation in single rooms with round the clock staff support for clients, as well as all meals. It also offers the following services:
The service at The Bridges is built around RAPt's Stepping Stones programme, an intensive, four week intervention aimed at supporting clients to make the difficult transition to becoming totally free from drugs and alcohol. By the time clients complete the programme, they will have successfully completed their detox and gained an understanding of what abstinence-based recovery means. They will also be introduced to a wide range of support networks and recovery-orientated activities to support them to continue building their recovery back in Scunthorpe and becoming assets to the local community.

Luke, a client who came to The Bridges as a result of the partnership said: "I came to The Bridges confused and bewildered but now that I am applying myself to 12 Step Treatment, the road ahead is becoming clear".
