The conference will feature an array of topics discussed by speakers from family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs across the country, and will be a great opportunity to learn, share and network with others who understand building and running a successful family organisation.
As a father and daughter team, Andrew and Helen have been invited to present a live case study about their succession process and their journey so far in enabling Andrew to phase himself out of the business, leaving Helen in charge as the sole Managing Director.
The conference will be a full day event beginning at 8:30am and finishing at 5:00pm and will be held at Tennants Auctioneers, Leyburn, Yorkshire, DL8 5SG.
