Agencia have a successful track record in providing winning Bid Writing Services to a variety of organisations.  Our bid writing services include gold, silver and bronze packages, and a variety of training and ‘on the job’ coaching packages.  With nearly 20 years’ experience of writing bids in response to commercial tender opportunities, we have written over 700 PQQ’s, bids and proposals for a wide range of work and a variety of organisations.  These include bids to government departments (e.g. Department of Health, Ministry of Defence, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Ministry of Justice), universities (e.g. University of Hull, Sheffield Hallam) and private companies (e.g. Hull Trains, Capita).

1. Gold – this is a full bid writing service, where we take the complete responsibility for managing the full bid writing process from start to submission.
2. Silver – we embed ourselves within your team to work with you throughout.  This is a cost effective approach, making best use of your own and external expertise, and grows the skills and expertise of your own team.  This is our most popular service.
3. Bronze – ad-hoc support.  Typically this involves, providing a bid manager to coordinate your team and acting as a critical friend/trusted advisor for additional challenge.  This includes a full proofing and editing service of final drafts to ensure quality and compliance.

Training in Successful Bid Writing

Agencia’s approach is flexible, to understand your organisational and individual staff training needs. We seek to embed the skills within your team. The Agencia team includes experienced commissioners who understand the important factors in a successful bid.

Our approach would be to recommend a training needs analysis, which would then inform the design of a training programme.  We also offer a small number of standard training options.
