Agencia has recent experience of transforming victims’ services within different contexts and different multi-agency environments.  This includes an extensive track record in the Western Balkans and South East Europe.  One example is a programme of work in Serbia, bringing together national level law enforcement agencies with Civil Society Organisations to implement a national Victim Support Service.  Additionally, in the UK, the Agencia team have worked with large metropolitan Police Force areas, and have also worked with Local Authorities providing specific services to reduce domestic abuse and sexual violence, putting in place services to support victims.  Most recently, in Humberside, Agencia carried out an independent review of services to victims, and made specific recommendations to the Police and Crime Commissioner to enhance service provision.
