Agencia are proud to announce we have passed our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System annual Surveillance Audit
We are delighted to have once again secured independent validation of our top quality standards of delivery for clients, with no areas of non-compliance.
The renewed certification confirms that Agencia’s approach to work with clients is of a level to satisfy the rigorous criteria laid down in the ISO standards, with issues covered such as client and regulatory requirements, leadership, risk management, communications, resource management and continuous improvement. It is also a key certificate, which is often a pre-qualifier in many invitations to tender.
The Lead Auditor said:
“The Lead Auditor concludes that the organisation has established and maintained its management system in line with the requirements of the standard and demonstrated the ability of the system systematically to achieve agreed requirements. Only positive trends are evident, demonstrating that Agencia operates their BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 management system both to its full compliance and also to the spirit of the standard.
Risk and Opportunity planning is the basis of modern Quality Service, and the audit reaffirmed that Agencia operates a totally risk based management system that is adding value to the clients’ processes through identifying risk in advance for service delivery, and applying remediation, for example, in the due diligence review of sub contract delivery.
The overall conformity of the quality management system is unquestionably operating as best it can be, with all staff members enthusiastic about its value.”
